Screwdriver

A capper is an automatic screwing module that is integrated into various filling machines. The capper automatically screws caps onto containers and tightens them to the correct torque.

Features of modern screwdrivers:

  • Automatic shutter feed
  • Torque monitoring
  • Quality control (cap present/correctly screwed on)
  • Ejection of faulty containers
  • Flexibility for different closure types

Screwdrivers are available in different versions: Linear screwdrivers for low to medium outputs and rotary screwdrivers for high throughputs.
