Our newly developed LAL20 filling and sealing machine is an extremely compact automatic filling and sealing machine for packaging liquid products in glass and plastic containers. Depending on the application, it is available in an explosion-proof pneumatic version, as the LAL 20 Ex with up to 20 cycles/min, or as a fast version with up to 35 cycles/min in a servo version. Various filling technologies are also available. Depending on the requirement, the filling medium can be automatically sucked in, conveyed through a hopper or fed directly under pressure.


The system is designed for one operator and the filling station can be freely selected with a rotary piston, peristaltic pump or reciprocating piston. A version with our FM1 is also available.
