For more than 60 years, Gustav Obermeyer has been building tube filling machines whose trademarks are robustness and flexibility. Many tube filling machines of the first generation are still doing their job today without complaint. But there is more to tube filling: fast format changeover, high filling accuracy, compactness and easy cleaning. We have optimized our machines in this respect and are constantly developing them further. Building on proven technology, our tube fillers belong to the latest generation. We place the highest value on smooth surfaces and robust design. The experience of our users is incorporated into every generation of our tube fillers. We attach particular importance to details.
Our tube filling machines are designed for a range of production capacities and quick format changes. This allows them to adapt perfectly to a variety of needs. Capacities range from 25 tubes per minute (mechanical) for our TU 25 to180 tubes per minute (mechanical) for our TU 91-2. Even with our smallest fully automatic machine, you can optimize the filling process using servo technology.
Our systems operate on two alternative principles: the so-called interchangeable-head principle (TU25,TU60/80) or single-station operation (TU 91,TU 91-2,TU110). When using the interchangeable-head principle, the plier-holder plates are mounted on the hollow shaft, and the upper drive plate is moved vertically. There are interchangeable heads for PE tubes (hot-air sealing and jaw sealing) and for aluminum tubes (double or triple seam), which can be swapped out on the machine within 30–40 minutes.
Our tube filling machines can be flexibly adapted to your packaging requirements. We offer precise technologies for all common tube types and closure methods:

Plastic and laminate tubes: Completely airtight hot-air sealing (hot-air welding) for clean weld seams.

Aluminum tubes: Reliable folding using sturdy folding tools (double fold, triple fold, or saddle fold).

Marking: Optional embossing of the lot number and best-by date on both sides, directly in the fold or in the seal.
TheTU 91 seriesis particularly suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries. The individual stations are fully encapsulated and thus protected from dust and contamination. If you still want to clean the individual machine components, they are easily accessible. Due to the encapsulation, the entire system can be cleaned with splash water!
