AL101 – Compact Linear In-Line Filler (64/min)
Our compact AL101 linear in-line filler is the ideal solution for filling cans and molded bottles. The system can be configured with up to 8 filling stations. A major advantage is its flexibility: Thanks to its mobile design, it can be easily integrated into existing lines, such as directly onto the conveyor belt of an existing capping machine.
Thanks to its modular design, various filling principles and pump types can be used. This makes it possible to fill the entire range of products, from liquids to highly viscous substances, with ease. The flexibility of the AL101 in-line filler allows it to be used in all industries. The machine is suitable for the food and chemical industries as well as for the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.

The system can be expanded to include up to 8 filling stations, offering a scalable capacity of up to 64 containers per minute.
The modular design allows for flexible filling methods: Various pump types easily cover the entire range of fluids, from low-viscosity to high-viscosity media.
A servo-controlled nozzle movement ensures maximum precision, allowing underfill and overfill settings to be flexibly programmed and permanently stored in the system.
To ensure the highest material quality in the production process, all parts that come into contact with the product are made of high-quality AISI 316L stainless steel as standard.
Process integration can be configured flexibly, as the containers can be fed onto the conveyor belt either manually or fully automatically, depending on the level of automation.
The Ideal Complete Line
For a fully automated filling and capping process, the AL101 can be perfectly combined with our universal capping machine, the GSM500. Simply position the in-line filler directly in front of the GSM500 to cap your cans and shaped bottles reliably and with precise torque immediately after precise filling.
