Crucible filler AL31 Ti
Our AL31 Ti jar and can filler is a mechanically cam-driven or servo-driven filling and sealing machine with an indexed rotary table.
The take-along star and the guide gallery can be easily changed within a few minutes. The machine frame is made of stainless steel, the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or special plastics.
AL31 Ti: Compact. Fast. Versatile.
The empty containers are fed via a conveyor belt from a turntable. After filling, the sealing plates are (optionally) placed from a stacking magazine and sealed to the jar in the next station. The seals can also be screwed on in an aligned manner and are tightened with torque accuracy using our GSM500 station. Various output options are available.
The AL31 Ti machine is able to process various shapes of cans and pots, including square containers , with very little surface damage.
It is also possible to design this machine with two or three lanes. This means that two or three containers can be filled simultaneously and the machine has a significantly higher output.
