AL31 Ti – Rotary-table filling machine for crucibles (40/min)
Our AL31 Ti is a rotary table filling and capping machine driven mechanically by cams or via servo motors, which was specifically developed for the clean and precise processing of liquid, creamy, and highly viscous products. Whether low-viscosity liquids, gels, pastes, lotions, or viscous cosmetics —the system reliably guides upright cans or jars through all stations. This makes the AL31 Ti ideal for use in demanding industries such as the cosmetics, food, and chemical sectors, and it can be flexibly adapted to meet strict pharmaceutical requirements upon request.
Depending on the product’s viscosity, perfectly matched pump systems (such as rotary lobe, peristaltic, or reciprocating pumps) are used. In its single-lane configuration, the system achieves a throughput of up to 40 containers per minute (depending on the product, format, and dosing concept).
The take-along star and the guide gallery can be easily changed within a few minutes. The machine frame is made of stainless steel, the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or special plastics.
Versatile Filling System with Immersion Nozzle Control
Empty containers are fed into our AL31 Ti rotary table filling and capping machine via a conveyor belt from a turntable. Our AL31 Ti handles containers very gently, processing various shapes of cans, small tins, or pots, including square containers.
A synchronized, highly stable rotary table ensures smooth transport through all integrated process steps:
Precise filling using servo-controlled dip-nozzle technology. The filling needles optionally dip deep into the container (dip-nozzle control) and rise synchronously with the rising liquid level. This reliably prevents foaming and product splashing with foaming or sensitive media. For non-foaming, viscous media, the nozzle movement can be flexibly adjusted within the system.
Optional insertion of a sealing plate from a stack magazine, followed by sealing it to the crucible.
Automatic placement and torque-controlled sealing of lids using our proven screw-on technology GSM500.
Integrated inspection stations with automatic ejection (rejection) of defective containers.
Optional labeling can be integrated directly into the production line.
To increase output, the AL31 Ti can also be configured as a two-lane or three-lane system. This allows two or three containers to be filled simultaneously, significantly increasing the machine’s output.
