TU110 - Tube filling machine (110/min)
The TU110 is a high-quality oval tube filling and sealing machine that is mainly driven by servo motors. Due to the oval design, it is not necessary to remove or change stations by switching from M-tubes to PE-tubes. There is a variable sequence of the individual processing stations of the machine.
The tube transport system contains 44 interchangeable tube holders. The individual work stations are arranged around the tube conveyor chain. The stations are equipped with separate drives. The machine frame is made of AISI 316L stainless steel. In addition, many options are available.
The newly developed fully automatic tube feeding system is recommended for higher output rates. The result is a saving in operator working time and therefore a reduction in production costs. It is also possible to integrate a labeller into the tube feed line.
Furthermore, the TU110 is characterized by an almost tool-free and fast format changeover.
A remote maintenance module is installed for optimum service.
