TU110 – Tube filling machine (160/min)
The TU110 automatic tube filling machine in the oval machine concept is a powerful and flexible machine for filling and closing tubes.
It is designed for applications in the cosmetics, life science and chemical industries and achieves outputs of up to 160 tubes per minute.
Thanks to the oval conveyor design, the machine offers a clear structure of the stations, good accessibility and a high degree of flexibility when changing products and formats. Due to the oval design, it is not necessary to remove or change stations by switching from M-tubes to PE-tubes.
The TU110 can be used as a stand-alone machine or as part of complete tube filling lines and TZM systems.
Maximum output with high flexibility
The TU110 automatic tube filling machine in the oval machine concept works with an output of up to 160 tubes per minute.
The system is based on an oval conveyor system with freely accessible stations on which the individual process steps – from tube feeding, filling and capping to discharge – are clearly arranged and can be flexibly expanded. This modular design guarantees simple operation, optimum maintenance accessibility and fast, product-dependent adaptation of the machine.
The newly developed fully automatic tube feeding system is recommended for higher output rates. The result is a saving in operator working time and therefore a reduction in production costs. It is also possible to integrate a labeller into the tube feed line.
Furthermore, the TU110 is characterized by an almost tool-free and fast format changeover.
A remote maintenance module is installed for optimum service.
