It can also be equipped with both filling principles. These are used in particular in conjunction with the FA 10 tabletop filling machines. Our FM 10 and FM 100 laboratory machines are particularly popular: the FM 10 can fill containers up to 250 ml and the FM 100 can fill containers up to 1000 ml. The low connection requirement is the most outstanding feature of our laboratory machines. One socket is all you need! Both machines have fully electric drives. In the cosmetics industry, the FA 10 is used to fill vials with nail polish in an explosion-proof design. With a turntable, a transort rake and an automatic capping station, the customer has a complete and compact filling system. And of course there is a wide range of accessories for our laboratory line. For example, you can extend our machines with automatic lowering filling nozzles, double-walled hoppers or even stirrers that can be integrated.
Our small filling machines have an important advantage for our customers. They offer them the opportunity to test series production sufficiently, e.g. for packaging shape and product properties during filling, before they finally go into mass filling. This allows any adjustments to be made to the product before series production.
