Training and maintenance from professionals
It goes without saying that we provide training for your operators and regular maintenance for our systems following commissioning. In this way, we can work together to ensure that your systems meet your requirements from the outset and at all times and that filling can run smoothly.
Our company philosophy is that our customer always talks to the designer who leads the machine design and that the acceptance test is carried out by the fitter who was responsible for manufacturing the machine. After all, these two people literally know every single screw and are best placed to answer any questions relating to the machine. They can best train the operators and the operators can learn to operate the filling equipment right from the start.
Our electronically controlled machines have a remote maintenance function and this is supplied as standard. Almost all problems that our customers face can be solved quickly. After all, we know that time is money!
Our tube filling machines are easy to put into operation. Although not necessarily recommended, our customers in Jordan and Sri Lanka, for example, have commissioned the machines themselves. Both times the commissioning was carried out to the customer’s complete satisfaction, even though no one from us was actually on site. Our filling systems are so easy to operate!
