Gentle Handling & Precision
Servo-driven motors and dosing systems, such as rotary lobe or peristaltic pumps, ensure the highest filling accuracy. In addition, particle-free capping processes ensure gentle flanging, screwing, and press-fitting of your containers.
Validation & Process Reliability
Our systems guarantee residue-free cleaning and maximum process stability. We support you with comprehensive documentation for IQ and OQ qualification in accordance with GMP standards. We also offer customized solutions for product traceability (“Track and Trace”).

GMP-compliant and user-friendly machines
The pharmaceutical machines from Gustav Obermeyer impress with their smooth surfaces, easy-to-clean design and user-friendliness. Servomotor drives and sophisticated software ensure that the high demands on filling accuracy and process reliability can be met.
All our machines are GMP-compliant. Parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel or FDA-compliant plastics as standard. We also have appropriate solutions for sterile pharmaceutical filling with the aid of laminar flow systems.
Compact design for clean room conditions
What all systems have in common is their extremely compact design. This should not be underestimated, as the production rooms have to meet high standards of cleanliness and sterility and the space costs are therefore considerably higher than in other industries.
Tube filling machines
Our tube filling machines are driven by mechanical or servo motors and use pneumatics only for auxiliary functions such as blowing off excess product, etc. All tube filling machines are constructed from welded AISI 304 stainless steel frames with smooth surfaces. This makes them ideally suited for cleanroom operation. This applies to our semi-automatic TU25, as well as our TU60/80 , as well as our TU91 as well. The TU91 as a rotary transfer machine and the TU110 as an oval-path filling machine. This is because, in these models, the stations are completely enclosed—that is, encased in AISI 304L stainless steel housings.
Rotary transfer machines
In addition, Gustav Obermeyer manufactures compact rotary-table filling machines for cough syrups, nasal sprays, and dropper bottles equipped with rotary piston or peristaltic pumps, such as our AL55. The AL51 , equipped with two rotary turrets, can fill and cap almost all types of vials with closures such as aluminum roll-on caps, crimp caps, snap-on caps, and screw caps. And, of course, our in-line fillers—designed for both viscous and liquid products—are used in conjunction with our automatic screw-cap machines GSM500 in the pharmaceutical industry.
Particularly compact AL110 oval machine
Our platform deserves special mention AL110, an oval machine that can accommodate all types of capping stations and filling methods in an extremely compact design and can process bottles and vials at a rate of up to 100 per minute.
