AL55 FL – Rotary Bottle Filler (50/min)
Our compact rotary-cycle bottle filler, the AL55 FL, is a robust, mechanically driven machine—using cams and servo motors—that can be used for a wide variety of bottle shapes. Several stations are available for filling and capping, which can be flexibly combined according to customer requirements.
There are a variety of different feeding systems and capping tools available, depending on the range of containers and closures. For screw capping, we recommend using the proven and precise torque screwdriver from the GSM series.
In addition, various filling technologies are available. Depending on the requirements, the filling medium can be automatically drawn in, fed through a hopper (which can also be heated), or supplied directly under pressure.
A wide variety of formats in a single compact machine
Our compact AL55 FL rotary-table bottle filler offers high functionality in a small footprint. With its compact design featuring a rotary table, the system achieves a throughput of up to 50 containers per minute. The individual processing stations are arranged around the star wheel. Despite its space-saving design, the AL55 FL processes a wide variety of bottle shapes, ranging from dropper bottles, vials, and cough syrup/medicine bottles to small containers such as nasal sprays. Container handling is carried out using proven systems:
Precise Filling Technology: Depending on the product requirements, dosing is performed with high precision using modern peristaltic pumps or rotary lobe pumps.
Customized Feeding: Empty containers are fed via a turntable as standard, but the system can be flexibly adapted to your specific production processes.
Compact Feeding of Closure Components: The sorting and feeding of droppers, caps, or spray heads is handled in a space-saving manner via integrated vibrating conveyors directly on the production line.
