TU91-2 M - double-lane tube filling machine for high output (200/min)
The TU91-2 M is a two-lane high-performance tube filling and closing machine for metal tubes, developed for applications with high throughput, reproducible quality and maximum efficiency for an output rate of max. 200 tubes/min.
Thanks to its true double-lane capability, the machine processes two tubes per cycle in parallel and therefore achieves the following output ranges, depending on the format, product and process:
- up to 160 tubes/min for larger tube formats
- up to 200 tubes/min for smaller tubes and filling volumes
Maximum output and line integration
In contrast to simple double-head systems, the TU91-2 M operates as a genuine dual-lane machine with a parallel process. This means:
- Double processing per cycle
- Significantly higher output
- Optimized line efficiency
The TU91-2 M is controlled via a 17″ touch display with integrated user and recipe management. The control system also allows the machine to communicate seamlessly with upstream and downstream machines such as tube feeding systems, inspection and control systems and single or dual-lane cartoners. It is therefore ideally suited as a core machine for high-performance tube lines.

Optional ATEX conformity makes the system suitable for the safe filling of alcoholic and highly flammable products. Our TU91-2 M can also be equipped with quick cleaning technology, which not only ensures maximum process hygiene, but also effectively minimizes set-up times and downtimes.
