The AL51 is the “all-rounder” in our range for bottle filling. It is a robust monobloc, mechanically operated by cams and servomotors, which can be operated very flexibly and combines the advantages of an in-line filler and an intermittent motion capping machine. This combination saves space by operating two functions on just one machine.

There is a range of different feeding systems and closing tools, depending on the variety and requirements of the containers and closures. We recommend using the proven, precise torque screwdriver from the GSM series for screwing.

Various filling technologies can also be selected. Depending on requirements, the filling medium can be automatically sucked in, fed through a hopper (also heated) or fed directly under pressure. Furthermore, this machine is characterized by a clean design and can be converted very quickly and without tools by changing the driving star and the gallery.
