Depending on the type of machine, we offer a 6-12 month guarantee, and up to 24 months on request.

Our machines are manufactured exclusively in Germany. Hence our motto: “REALLY Made in Germany”

The delivery time of our machines depends on the scope of the order and the machine type. We normally pre-produce standard machines (primarily tube filling machines) in the basic configuration. A short delivery time can therefore be expected. For special machines, we endeavor to limit the delivery time to a maximum of 12 months (usually less).

Of course, this depends on the scope of the order and the degree of new development or the special requirements for the machine, such as phama design, explosion protection and the degree of documentation (qualification documents such as IQ/OQ, material certificates, etc.).

We always adhere to the V-model. All of the customer’s documentation has a counterpart in our company. The customer’s specifications become our specifications as order confirmation), the design is defined in the binding layout, which the customer countersigns. A pre-FAT (integration test) can be arranged, which is followed by the factory acceptance test (FAT) with the customer. After countersignature of the FAT protocol, the commissioning or site acceptance test takes place, depending on the scope with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.

However, we are flexible enough to allow the customer to make changes DURING the project.

Commissioning (IBN) is carried out by our fitters and electricians. We normally expect that the system has already been brought to site and that all the necessary infrastructure is in place. During the IBN, the responsible employees of the company are trained. Normally, the IBN is carried out by the fitter who was responsible for assembling the machine, as he knows every screw.

Our company philosophy is that our customer always talks to the designer who leads the machine design and that the acceptance test is carried out by the fitter who was responsible for manufacturing the machine.

Yes, our filling systems can be expanded with various machine components, such as our GSM500 capper or TZS110 tube feeding system, or even with stations.

First of all, we need to know the customer’s equipment requirements, i.e. the degree of automation. Should the products be fed and processed fully automatically? The quantity to be produced per hour, per shift or the planned production quantities per year are important. The initial number of container/tube formats to be processed (diameter, height or length) and the material (PE or aluminum/metal, glass) are also important. Subsequently, we require samples of the containers or tubes.

Labelling can also take place within the machine under certain circumstances, but filling/sealing, labelling and packaging are usually implemented in separate machines for reasons of flexibility. We offer line responsibility for all processing steps (labeling and cartoning), for some requirements such as feeding and tray packaging we have our own solutions.

We design individual filling systems, whether for the pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics industry, food industry or chemical industry. We (almost) always have the right machine for you.
