Filling systems for the cosmetics industry
The TU60/80 is a fully automatic tube filling and closing machine powered by Cam disks and/or servomotors. The machine is equipped with a rotary indexing table and a wide range of options are available. The high-quality electronics ensure a high degree of flexibility with regard to the filling and closing process. Furthermore, up to 99 recipe programs can be created for the products to be processed.
The rotary indexing table has 12 quickly interchangeable tube holders. A central hollow shaft carries the mold holder plate, on which the clamping molds are mounted. The machine frame and the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
A quick-loading magazine is used as standard for feeding the tubes. Other tube feeding systems are also available on request. The machine includes a remote maintenance facility for fast and uncomplicated servicing. Plastic or laminate tubes are sealed using hot air technology, ALU tubes with folding tools. The tubes can also be embossed on both sides.
