Our flexible AL110 OV bottle filling machine is the result of 20 years of continuous development and optimization. In the configuration shown here, the system is specifically designed for the precise filling and capping of drink ampoules/vials. However, thanks to its modular design, the system can be easily adapted at any time for other liquid products, demanding applications, and a wide variety of bottle shapes. For the project shown here, the filling machine was also seamlessly integrated with a custom-designed cartoning system for secondary packaging. The result is a fully integrated, highly efficient packaging line that handles the entire process—from loose ampoules to ready-to-sell folding cartons—fully automatically.

Our flexible AL110 OV bottle filling machine not only fills and caps bottles, but also performs all five complex process steps fully automatically and in perfect coordination:
Precise dosing and filling of the medium.
Automatic feeding and precise fastening of the main cover.
Ensure that the additional cap is securely in place.
Solid Integration: Inserting tablets or pills into the outer/additional cap.
Seal the cap with the tablets inside.
All relevant steps are equipped with monitoring functions, some of which are camera-monitored! Of course, the AL110OV meets all GMP requirements, and we can provide comprehensive validation documentation. You won’t find a more cost-effective and sophisticated line of this kind!

State-of-the-art technology ensures maximum efficiency
In addition to installing dispensers and caps for holding pills or powders, our specially developed cartoner can also be integrated into the bottle filling line. To ensure high productivity, the system’s output is adjusted to match the filling machine. Thanks to the intuitive operation of the user-friendly HMI (Human Machine Interface), all parameters can be adjusted as needed—for optimal process monitoring and streamlined production workflows.
The bottles are transported via a rotary sorter or bucket elevator, while crucibles are fed via a turntable. This ensures convenient handling and rapid feeding, thereby significantly increasing efficiency. Our bottle fillers can also be equipped with multi-lane configurations or additional functions.
