The AL110OV filling and capping line presented here is the result of 20 years of development and optimization work. It can not only fill and dispense, it can also apply overcaps, insert pills, seal, insert the bottles into trays, enter recipes and seal. All relevant steps are provided with control functions, some of which are camar-monitored! Of course, the AL110OV meets all GMP requirements and we can supply comprehensive validation documents.

State-of-the-art technology ensures maximum efficiency
In addition to the installation of dispensers and overcaps for holding pills or powders, our specially developed cartoner can also be integrated into the bottle filling line. To ensure high productivity, the output is adapted to the filling machine. Thanks to the intuitive operation of the user-friendly HMI (Human Machine Interface), all parameters can be set as required – for optimum process monitoring and simpler production processes.
The bottles are transported via a rotary sorter or bunker elevator, while jars are fed via a turntable. This ensures practical handling and fast feeding, which significantly increases efficiency. Our bottle fillers can also be equipped with multi-lane versions or other functions. Whether dropper insert, dispenser or caps: Gustav Obermeyer provides you with customized solutions. Our bottle filler is a product for the highest demands: This is because the oval design enables a wide variety of tasks to be combined.
