AL55FL PD - Bottle filler for powder
The AL55FL PD is our further development of the proven all-rounder AL55FL, specially optimized for pharmaceutical customers. The compact monoblock combines the advantages of an in-line filler with an intermittent motion capping machine. The robust system is driven mechanically via cams and servomotors and is particularly flexible and adaptable. Thanks to this concept, the machine can be individually configured according to your space requirements – even on just 12 m² in the clean room.
It can also be operated from one side, which makes it much easier to use in confined or sterile areas. The automatic product feed takes place via an integrated suction lance.
Compact, precise, cleanroom-compatible
All parts in contact with the product can be removed as a closed unit – ideal for contamination-free cleaning in the cleanroom. Various closing systems enable the processing of different containers and closures. For maximum precision, we recommend the GSM series torque screwdriver.
Inline weighing cells for gross and tare weighing can be added as an option. Separate output of good and bad parts is also possible. The system is controlled via a 17″ touch display with integrated user and recipe management. The system can also communicate seamlessly with downstream machines.
