The TU25 is a very easy-to-operate, semi-automatic, mechanically driven tube filling and closing machine with rotary indexing table. As the individual processing stations are arranged radially to the rotary indexing table, the machine has a very compact design. The rotary indexing table contains 9 quickly exchangeable tube holders. A central hollow shaft carries the mold holder plate on which the closing molds are mounted.

Tubes are fed manually by the machine operator. The filling station is mechanically driven. The PE tubes are sealed using hot air technology and ALU tubes are sealed using appropriate folding tools. Various optional features such as a cutting station, coding station, automatic tube alignment or jaw welding can be installed. The machine frame and all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. Heavy-duty castors attached to the base frame ensure that the machine can be moved flexibly and easily.

The TU25 is ideally suited for starting the production of new products. This is supported by the following features: simple operation, robustness, low space requirement, very short changeover times and a strong price-performance ratio.
