AL31 MKW – Filling Line for Snus Pouches (60/min)
The AL31 MKW is a fully automatic can packaging line with an integrated multihead weigher for filling and sealing flat plastic and round cans. In the version shown, the system is specifically optimized for processing snus pouches/nicotine pouches. Thanks to its space-saving design, the system combines precise product portioning with stable processes in a compact footprint.
With a consistently high output, the line achieves a continuous production rate of up to 50–60 cans per minute (depending on the product and format). For capping, we use our proven screw capper from the GSM series is used for capping.
In addition to its use with the AL31 for snus pouches and nicotine pouches, the machine can be adapted—depending on the product characteristics and technical testing—to handle other filling products such as cannabis flowers (gentle and gram-accurate dosing), granules and bulk materials, as well as other products that produce little to no dust.
Fully Automatic Filling System for Flat Cans with an Integrated Multi-Head Scale
The fully automatic can packaging line with integrated AL31 MKW multihead weigher is specifically designed to meet the requirements of flat round cans and automates your entire packaging process in interlinked individual steps:
An automatic can feeder and product supply system ensures that empty cans are fed into the line reliably,
An integrated tamping station ensures precise dosing and fill level control after filling, guaranteeing a precisely defined and uniform fill level in the container; optionally, a belt checkweigher can be integrated directly into the production line.
Sealing is performed by an automated lid feeder, which places the lids in position before they are sealed using our proven GSM500 RT capping station.
Seamless quality assurance is ensured by integrated inspection stations that monitor the entire production run; defective cans are then immediately and automatically separated via a rejection system, and the line can be flexibly expanded downstream to include a labeling system.
