Здравствуйте! – The first tube filler from our TU91 model series is now also being used successfully in the pharmaceutical industry in Belarus.
The machine was delivered to Minsk in April 2018. The machine acceptance took place directly after commissioning and completion of the installation and operation qualification.
On the outside, the TU91 impresses with its high-quality finish and elegant matt-polished stainless steel look.
The output is an impressive 90 tubes per minute. The machine is suitably equipped for the pharmaceutical sector – including:
- Tube deformation control
- Tube cleaning & nitrogen pre-gassing
- Bad output with lockable collection container
- Double-walled 40 L hopper with agitator & level sensor
- Water temperature control unit for product conditioning
All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel and the plastics used are FDA-compliant.
Particularly noteworthy: The TU91 offers the option of production data transfer for the first time. Production data such as:
Date, operator name, recipe name, batch, good/bad number of pieces, processed and exported via USB interface, for example.
