Another filling and sealing machine for jars and tins from Gustav Obermeyer has been located in the heart of Germany since fall 2019 – at Herbacin in Wutha-Farnroda on the edge of the beautiful Thuringian Forest. Herbacin is a traditional manufacturer of high-quality herbal cosmetics. The with the quality
The products bearing the “made in Germany” seal are now known worldwide and the new can filler for the high-quality care products in the popular “aluminum cans” is also one hundred percent “made in Germany”.
Quality machines for quality products
The machine has produced more than one million cans to date. The triple design enables an output of 120 cans per minute.
A film of glue is applied to the upper edge of the empty aluminum cans, which later fixes and seals the sealing flake. The cans are then fed into the compact rotary transfer machine with three work stations.
The product is filled via a product hopper and a three-way valve using a servomotor-driven dosing unit and vertical filling tubes. After the seal has been applied and pressed on, the aluminum lid is placed on top. The lids are separated in the same space-saving station one step earlier. The cream, can bases and snap-on lids are fed in fully automatically. After processing, these are also packed fully automatically.
Production efficiency and mutual growth
Herbacin has designed the entire filling line, consisting of the container sorting equipment, the product infeed, the filling and seaming machine and the final packaging, for an output of 120 cans per minute, thus laying the foundations for efficient production. It is not the first filling machine at Herbacin’s from machine manufacturer Gustav Obermeyer and certainly not the last. We wish Herbacin healthy mutual growth and successful production.
