FA20/25 PVS – Automatic Filling Machine for Liquids & Solids (25/min)
Our FA20/25 PVS automatic filling machine for liquids and solids is a specialized custom version of our proven FA20/25 base machine. It was specifically designed to process two completely different media on a single system: It is capable of reliably filling and sealing both liquid media and solids/granules (as bulk material) into two different types of plastic cartridges (syringes/ampoules). This compact hybrid design saves valuable production space, as it eliminates the need for two separate lines for solids and liquids.
This model of our filling machine achieves a throughput of up to 25 containers per minute.

The Solid-Material Process (Bulk Filling):
To ensure precise dosing of solid materials into plastic cartridges/ampoules, a precisely fitting plastic disc (serving as a base/separator) is first inserted into the container. The solid is then precisely fed in as a free-flowing bulk material. In the final step, the ampoule is securely sealed by automatically pressing another plastic disc into it from the back. -
The Liquid Process (Liquid Filling):
When switching to liquid media, the system is converted to use a separate, perfectly matched dosing unit and a different container format. The ampoule or syringe is filled without spilling a single drop. This container type is securely sealed from the rear using a precise, snap-on cap. -
Efficient changeover of dosing technology: The conversion from the solid bulk material unit to the liquid dosing system is mechanically optimized and can be completed in a short amount of time.
The modified process parameters and filling speeds are easily loaded via the recipe management function on the central touchscreen HMI.
