Jars and tins are still a preferred form of packaging in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food industries. They are ideal for ointments, creams or pasty products – they are also used in a wide range of applications in the chemical industry.
Our pan fillers have been consistently developed over two decades. The aim has always been to create a compact, modular and quiet machine – without unnecessary energy consumption due to pneumatics. The volume test speaks for itself.
The machine compartment is made of welded stainless steel, all product-carrying parts are made of AISI 316L or special plastics.
This year, a new AL31Ti was delivered to the Pretty Nail Shop. It processes round and square jars with filling volumes from 5 to 50 ml, optionally up to 500 ml. The precise filling of high-viscosity UV gels with minimal product loss was particularly challenging.
The compact system takes care of the entire process: feeding (lids & containers), filling, sealing, screwing and discharging – naturally with integrated control stations. The cam-controlled operation is supported by precise servo drives.
Sealing films can be fed from a supply chute or punched directly. The AL31Ti’s single-lane automatic rotary indexing system achieves an output of up to 40 jars per minute.

The machine is controlled via a modern SIEMENS HMI with intuitive user guidance and a large touch display.
The machine has been in continuous operation since its commissioning – to the complete satisfaction of our customer. You can find a short video tour of the machine here
