TU25 – Compact Tube Filling Machine on Casters (30/min)
The TU25 is a compact, very easy-to-use, semi-automatic, mechanically driven tube filling and capping machine with a rotary indexing table.
Since the individual machining stations are arranged radially around the rotary indexing table, the machine has a very compact design. The rotary indexing table contains 9 quick-change tube holders. A central hollow shaft supports the tool holder plate, on which the closing tools are mounted.
The machine operator feeds the tubes manually. The filling station is mechanically driven. PE tubes are sealed using hot-air technology, and aluminum tubes are sealed with appropriate seaming tools. Various optional features can be installed, including a cutting station, a coding station, automatic tube alignment, or jaw sealing. The machine frame and all parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel. Heavy-duty casters attached to the base frame ensure flexible and easy movement of the machine.
Compact & on casters for maximum flexibility
Our compact, semi-automatic TU25 tube filling machine comes standard with heavy-duty casters on the base frame. Thanks to this mobility, the machine can be easily moved around the room by just one person. With a diameter of only 80 cm, it has an extremely small footprint.
Combined with minimal changeover times, the TU25 is the perfect solution for laboratory use, small-batch production, or the efficient testing of new products. Thanks to its clever design – featuring quickly interchangeable tube holders and special interchangeable heads – the machine can be fully converted from processing PE tubes to metal tubes in just 30 to 40 minutes.
During the development of the TU25, equal emphasis was placed on intuitive operation that does not require a lengthy training period. As a semi-automatic machine, it deliberately avoids complex, error-prone electronics.
