TU60/80 – Fully automatic tube filling machine (80/min)
The TU60/80 is a fully automatic tube filling and capping machine driven by cam discs and/or servo motors.
The machine is equipped with a rotary indexing table and offers a wide range of options. Thanks to its high-quality electronics, it provides a high degree of flexibility in the filling and capping process. In addition, up to 99 recipe programs can be created for the products being processed.
The rotary indexing table has 12 quick-change tube holders. A central hollow shaft supports the tool holder plate, onto which the closing tools are mounted. The machine frame and the parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
Compactness and clarity
Our fully automatic TU60/80 tube filling machine impresses with a high output of up to 80 tubes per minute. Thanks to its clear layout, all stations are particularly easy to access. A major advantage for your flexibility: A complete format changeover to a different diameter can be completed in just 15 to 20 minutes.
The proven quick-load magazine allows tubes to be fed directly from the carton. This makes it possible to refill the machine in just a few simple steps while it is running. Of course, other tube feeding systems are also available upon request. For maximum operational reliability and quick, uncomplicated service, the machine is equipped with a remote maintenance system as standard.
Versatile in terms of closures and product range:
Flexible closure: Plastic and laminate tubes are precisely sealed using hot-air technology, while aluminum tubes are closed using a sturdy seaming tool.
Custom labeling: Upon request, the tubes can be embossed on both sides.
Wide viscosity range: The TU60/80 is ideal for low- to high-viscosity, creamy, and paste-like products.
