Our smallest benchtop machine is the FM1. It is available either with check valves for liquid products or with rotary slide units for viscous products. It can also be equipped with both filling mechanisms. These are used in particular in conjunction with the FA10 benchtop filling machines. Our FM10 and FM100 laboratory machines are particularly popular. The FM10 can fill containers up to 250 ml, and the FM100 can fill containers with a capacity of up to 1,000 ml. The minimal power requirements are the most notable feature of our laboratory machines. All you need is a power outlet! Both machines feature fully electric drives. In the cosmetics industry, the FA10 is used to fill vials with nail polish in an explosion-proof design. With a turntable, a transfer rack, and an automatic capping station, the customer has a complete yet compact filling system. And, of course , there is a wide range of accessories available for our laboratory line . For example, you can upgrade our machines with automatic dip-filling nozzles, double-walled hoppers, or even integrable agitators.
