Our FA20/25 modular series of filling machines for high-viscosity substances was specifically designed to process demanding (highly) viscous liquids with process reliability, dispense them precisely, and seal them reliably. The entire machine is designed to meet GMP standards as standard, features a clear layout, and is particularly easy to clean. The model shown here is specifically optimized for processing mascara.

One of the specialized versions of our FA20/25 automatic filling machine for high-viscosity substances is the mascara filling machine. Filling mascara places the highest demands on the filling machine due to the material’s extreme properties, which is why it is specifically designed for processing high-viscosity substances when filling mascara:
The filling machine uses a volumetric piston dosing system that is highly precise and guarantees maximum dosing accuracy even with viscous fluids.
A heated agitation system gently draws the product from a heated hopper equipped with a speed-controlled agitator, keeping the mixture homogeneous and free-flowing.
To ensure careful filling, the product is neatly dispensed into the delicate mascara tubes via a precise rotary valve and a precisely controlled filling needle.
The servo-driven screwdriver then fastens the filled containers with precise torque.
In addition, the tool-free format change minimizes your downtime thanks to short changeover times —all without the need for any special tools.

We flexibly tailor the filling process to your needs and budget: Containers and closures can be fed into the system manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically (using a sorting hopper, vibrating conveyor, and gripper unit). The filled containers can then be automatically discharged onto a downstream conveyor belt.
