AL55 FL PD – Bottle Filler for Powder (50/min)
Our AL55 FL PD powder bottling machine is our further development of the proven all-rounder, optimized specifically for pharmaceutical customers AL55FL. This compact monoblock combines the advantages of an in-line filler with those of a cyclic capping machine.
It can be used to fill powders, granules, and free-flowing bulk materials into bottles and cans made of glass, plastic, or metal. The machine was specifically designed for applications in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, and chemical industries and enables clean, reproducible, and low-dust filling, even for products with low packing density.
This robust system is mechanically driven by cams and servo motors and is highly adaptable. Thanks to this design, the machine can be customized to fit your specific space requirements—even in a cleanroom as small as 12 m².
Precise Powder Filling in a Compact Space
Our AL55 FL PD powder filling machine is a compact rotary transfer machine designed for the high-precision and clean dosing of powders. It can also be operated from one side, which facilitates its use in confined or sterile areas. Powder is automatically fed via an integrated suction lance.

Dust-Free Vacuum Conveyance: The automatic transport of powder via the suction lance ensures a closed-loop conveying system—ideal for fine, lightweight, and dusty products in hygienic applications.
Precise screw dosing: An integrated agitator, combined with an optional gravimetric fill control system, ensures consistently precise fill weights.
Fully Automated Process: From container feeding through screw-on assembly to quality control (fit and presence checks), including good/bad sorting, every step of the process is carried out with absolute reliability.

Precise powder dosing in the milligram range
Our modern screw dosing system shows what is possible in the micro range. In this way, we can successfully achieve a dosage quantity of only approx. 50 mg per dosage in tests and with the highest repeatability.
Thanks to specially adapted, even smaller screw geometries, we are aiming for dosing quantities in the range of 10 to 20 mg in the future. This depends on the respective product and the required tolerances, such as a permissible deviation of approx. 5%.

Automatic Product Feeding
Thanks to a completely sealed system, the filling medium is transported to the dosing head in a completely clean and process-reliable manner.
