TU91 – Our tube filling machine with the Easy-Clean concept (90–160/min)
Our TU91 is a tube filling machine featuring an Easy-Clean design, powered primarily by modern servo motors. Depending on production requirements, the system achieves a throughput of up to 90 tubes per minute in the single-lane version. With our two-lane version TU91-2 , capacity can be increased to up to 200 tubes per minute.
Thanks to the stations—each with its own drive—arranged radially around the rotary indexing table, the machine remains flexibly scalable, allowing for a wide range of station configurations. The rotary table is equipped with 12 quick-change tube holders. Format changes can be completed in just a few minutes, and in some cases, entirely without tools.
Easy-Clean Concept: Cleaning with a Water Jet
Both the robust machine frame and all parts of our TU91 that come into contact with the product are made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. What makes it special is that the entire structure is designed to be watertight. After production, the system can be easily rinsed with water for quick and hygienic cleaning—a decisive advantage for use in the food industry as well as in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors.
To ensure efficient production, a high-speed loading magazine is used as standard for tube feeding. Alternative tube feeding systems are available on demand. In addition, the machine is equipped with a modern remote maintenance system that guarantees fast, hassle-free, and cost-effective service.
The TU91 adapts flexibly to your packaging needs:
Plastic and laminate tubes are sealed completely airtight using precise hot-air technology.
Aluminum tubes are reliably sealed using sturdy seaming tools. Common seaming types include double, triple, and saddle seams.
Two-color filling is also available as an option, for example, for toothpaste, but also for the food industry.
Coding & Marking: Optionally, the tubes can be embossed on one or both sides—in the fold or along the weld seam—in a single step.
