AL51 – Our All-Around Bottle Filler (40/min)
The AL51 FL is the all-around workhorse among our bottle fillers. As a robust, monobloc machine driven mechanically by cams and modern servo motors, it combines the advantages of a precise in-line filler with a cycled capping machine. This combination saves space in your production facility, as two essential functions are performed highly efficiently on a single, compact machine.
In addition to its design, the AL51 FL stands out for its minimal downtime during product or format changes. Thanks to the easy replacement of the drive star and the guide gallery, the entire bottle filling line can be quickly converted with virtually no tools.
Customized filling technologies and precise screw-on sealing
As a versatile all-rounder among our bottle fillers, the AL51 FL achieves a throughput of up to 40 containers per minute. To perfectly meet the wide variety of requirements for containers, fill materials, and closures, the system can be configured with a high degree of flexibility:
- A versatile range of containers for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and chemical industries: The system is specifically designed for the precise processing of complex-shaped bottles, small containers, and specialty containers. It reliably fills and seals, among other items , dropper bottles, vials, dispensers, nasal sprays, cough syrup and medicine bottles, as well as containers with dosing and pump inserts.
- Depending on the geometry of your containers, you can choose from a range of different custom feeding systems and capping tools. To ensure absolutely reliable capping processes, we recommend using our proven, high-precision torque capper from the GSM series.
- The filling system adapts flexibly to the product. Depending on the viscosity and requirements, the material can be automatically drawn in, fed through a hopper (which can be heated upon request), or supplied directly under pressure.
