LAL20/35 – Compact linear filler for molded bottles (35/min)
Our LAL20 linear filling and capping machine for molded bottles is an extremely compact automatic filling and capping machine designed for packaging liquid products in glass and plastic containers.
Depending on the application, it is available in an explosion-proof pneumatic version(LAL 20 Ex) with up to 20 cycles per minute, or as a high-speed servo-driven version with up to 35 cycles per minute. In addition, various filling technologies are available. Depending on the requirements, the filling medium can be automatically drawn in, conveyed through a hopper, or fed directly under pressure.
The system is designed for a single operator; the filling station can be freely selected—whether it uses a rotary piston, a peristaltic pump, or a reciprocating piston. A version featuring our FM1 is also available.

Our LAL20/35 linear filling and capping machine can be customized to meet your specific needs:
Custom Filling Stations: Depending on the viscosity of the product (from low to high viscosity), you can choose from our rotary lobe pumps, peristaltic pumps, or reciprocating pumps.
Automatic Feeding Systems: Dropper inserts, caps, or closures are fed fully automatically via vibratory sorting hoppers and linear conveyors and applied. For small dimensions, the sorting units can be integrated directly into the compact enclosure.
Precise Screw Fastening: Mechanical, pneumatic, or servo-driven screwdrivers enable torque-controlled fastening, precise threading movements, and controlled impact.
Integrated Quality Control: A sensor-based inspection station checks each container for the presence of the cap and to ensure it is properly screwed on. Defective containers are automatically diverted to a discharge tray or a reject chute.
