For more than 60 years Gustav Obermeyer has been building tube filling machines whose trademarks are robustness and flexibility. Many tube filling machines of the first generation are still doing their job today without complaint. But there is more to tube filling: fast format change, high filling accuracy, compactness and easy cleaning. We have optimised our machines in this respect and are constantly developing them further. Based on proven technology, our tube fillers belong to the latest generation. We attach great importance to smooth surfaces and robust design. Quick format change with our tube filling machines
Our tube filling machines are designed for different capacities and a quick format change. This way they adapt perfectly to different needs. The output ranges from 25 tubes per minute (mechanical) with our TU 25 to 180 tubes per minute (mechanical) with our TU 91-2. Even with our smallest fully automatic machine you can optimise the filling process via servo technology.
Our machines work with two alternative principles, the so-called interchangeable head principle (TU25, TU60/80) or single station operation (TU 91, TU 91-2, TU110). When using the replaceable head principle, the tong holder plates are fixed on the hollow shaft and the upper drive plate is moved vertically. There are change heads for PE tubes (hot air welding and jaw welding) and for aluminium tubes (double, triple fold), which can be changed on the machine within 30-40 minutes.
Quick cleaning of machine components
The TU 91 series is particularly suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries. The individual stations are completely encapsulated and thus protected against dust and contamination. Should you nevertheless wish to clean the individual machine components, they are easily accessible without any effort. Due to the encapsulation, the entire system can be cleaned with gushing water!

The performances range from 30 tubes p.m. (mech.) in the case of our TU 25 and 180 tubes p.m. (mech.) in the case of our TU91-2 or up to 240 tubes p.m. (mech.) by our new developed TU110. Even in the case of our smallest fully automatic machines, you can optimise the filling process by way of servo technology. When the changing head principle is applied, the pliers holding plates are secured to the hollow shaft and the upper vertical drive plate moves vertically.

The TU91 series is primarily suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries. The individual stations – suitable in equal measure for both tube types in the case of the TU 91 M+PE – are fully encapsulated and are thus protected against dust and impurities. Due to the encapsulation, the entire system can be cleaned with splash water!
