AL55FL PD – Powder Bottle Filler

The AL55FL PD is an advancement for pharmaceutical customers of our “all-rounder” AL55FL and optimized for filling bottles with powder. Our machine is a robust, mechanically operated monobloc driven by cams and servo motors, which is very flexible to operate. It combines the advantages of a rotary filler and an intermittent sealing machine. The operating principle of out AL55FL PD offers the advantage of designing a machine to suit your individual space requirements. For example, an AL55FL PD, including a bottle filling and sealing station for powder, was specially designed for a customer for a cleanroom of just under 12 m². Also, due to our design approach, it is possible to arrange the components of the machine in such a way that the system can be operated from just one side.

The automatic product feeding is carried out by integrating a suction lance. For easy cleaning, all product-contacting parts of the filling station can be removed from the machine as one unit without contaminating the cleanroom or the machine with product. For sealing the bottles, there is a range of different sealing tools available, depending on the requirements of the containers and closures. For screwing, we recommend using the proven, precise torque screwdriver of the GSM series. Additionally, an inline weighing cell can be mounted on a separate frame, and optionally, a second measuring cell may be installed to realize tare weighing. Nonconforming products can be separated from goof units through different points of issue.

The system can be operated via a 17” touch display, which may also include a user and recipe management. Communication with subsequent machines can be set up as well.
