We offer two different versions for filling cans and jars, both of which can meet special requirements. The standard version of our can filling machines works via rotary indexing table. The other solution is based on the oval platform AL110OV equipped, which can be flexibly adapted to your special requirements as well as your output quantity. This way you can ensure that our machine is perfectly suited to your needs. When filling crucibles, it is essential to use adjustable, torque-accurate servo screwdrivers. In this case you can rely on our GSM 500 servo screwdriver. Furthermore, the quality of our sealing station by heat sealing is decisive for an optimal closing of the respective containers.
Inline filler and can filler with sealing plate
After filling and closing cans and jars, it may be necessary to apply a sealing plate to the containers. There are two different options available for this purpose. The sealing can be carried out on our machines on the one hand by means of ready-made sealing plates. On the other hand, sealing plates can be punched out of a continuous strip.
