LAL20/35 – Bottle filler

Our newly developed filling and sealing machine LAL20 is an extremely compact filling and capping machine for packaging liquid products in glass and plastic containers. Depending on the area of application, it is available in an explosion-proof pneumatic version, as the LAL 20 Ex with up to 20 cycles/min., or as a fast version with up to 35 cycles/min. available in servo version. In addition, various filling technologies can be selected. Depending on the requirement, the filling medium can be sucked in automatically, conveyed through a hopper or fed in directly under pressure.

The system is designed for one operator, the filling station can be freely selected with rotary piston, peristaltic pump or with reciprocating piston. But a variant with our FM1 is also available.
