• Precise Handling: Despite their top-heaviness and elongated shape, the tubes must be conveyed, aligned, and secured with absolute stability.
• Precise Dosing: The dosing head must be inserted deeply and precisely to prevent product from breaking off at the long tube neck and to avoid contamination in the sealing area.
• Minimal downtime: Conventional seals in the dosing system are prone to wear when handling abrasive or high-viscosity media, which causes regular maintenance shutdowns.

Our AL55FL PD, specially developed for filling powders, was featured in the Cleanroom Yearbook 2025!

The article shows how our compact machine enables maximum performance on a minimum footprint. We have realized an individual solution for a customer in the pharmaceutical industry: A fully automatic filling and capping machine that fits into a clean room measuring just 12 m². Thanks to a clever design, our machine was able to increase production output from 8 bottles per minute by hand to 35 bottles per minute – while maintaining the same high quality.

The Gustav Obermeyer team is also gathering new strength over the Christmas period. We will therefore be closed from 20.12.2024 to 1.1.2025.
