The machine acceptance took place directly after commissioning and completion of the <strong>installation and operation qualification<\/strong>.\n  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1.2rem;\">\n  On the outside, the TU91 impresses with its <strong>high-quality finish<\/strong> and elegant <strong>matt-polished stainless steel look<\/strong>.<br \/>\n The output is an impressive <strong>90 tubes per minute<\/strong>. The machine is suitably equipped for the pharmaceutical sector &#8211; including:\n  <\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 1.15rem; margin-left: 1.5rem; list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Tube deformation control<\/li>\n<li>Tube cleaning &amp; nitrogen pre-gassing<\/li>\n<li>Bad output with lockable collection container<\/li>\n<li>Double-walled 40 L hopper with agitator &amp; level sensor<\/li>\n<li>Water temperature control unit for product conditioning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1.2rem;\">\n  All <strong>parts in contact with the product<\/strong> are made of <strong>AISI 316L stainless steel<\/strong> and the plastics used are <strong>FDA-compliant<\/strong>.\n  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1.2rem;\">\n  Particularly noteworthy: The <strong>TU91<\/strong> offers the option of <strong>production data transfer<\/strong> for the first time.
