Whether <strong>low-viscosity liquids, gels, pastes, lotions, or viscous cosmetics<\/strong> \u2014the system reliably guides upright cans or jars through all stations.  This makes the AL31 Ti ideal for use in demanding industries such as the <b data-path-to-node=\"6,1\" data-index-in-node=\"205\">cosmetics, food, and chemical sectors<\/b>, and it can be flexibly adapted to meet strict <b data-path-to-node=\"6,1\" data-index-in-node=\"298\">pharmaceutical requirements<\/b> upon request.<\/p><p>Depending on the product\u2019s viscosity, perfectly matched pump systems (such as rotary lobe, peristaltic, or reciprocating pumps) are used. In its <strong>single-lane<\/strong> configuration, the system achieves a throughput of <b data-path-to-node=\"15,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"208\">up to 40 containers per minute<\/b> (depending on the product, format, and dosing concept). <\/p><p>The <strong>take-along star and the guide gallery<\/strong> can be easily changed within a few minutes. The machine frame is made of stainless steel, the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or special plastics. Our <strong>AL31 Ti<\/strong> handles containers <strong>very gently<\/strong>, processing various shapes of cans, small tins, or pots, including square containers. <\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"11\">A synchronized, highly stable <b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"29\">rotary table<\/b> ensures smooth transport through all integrated process steps:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"12\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Precise filling<\/b> using servo-controlled dip-nozzle technology. The filling needles optionally dip deep into the container <strong>(dip-nozzle control)<\/strong> and rise synchronously with the rising liquid level. This reliably prevents foaming and product splashing with foaming or sensitive media.
