Are you looking for a quickly available packaging system that can fill and seal anything from liquid to highly viscous and is also very cost-effective?
We offer a new system that we could deliver within two months. The production numbers and batches were far too low for the previous owner. We have therefore agreed to take the machine back.
The system consists of an In-Line Filler and a Capper, as well as a transport conveyor with or without format holders for stable and non-stable containers.
Filling of liquid to viscous products such as lotions (non-foaming) and creams- Jars with seals
- Bottles, dropper inserts, caps, with:
- “Flexipucks”
- Can be expanded with sorting pots, turntables and container remover, among other things
As control
ELAU from Schneider Electric is installed in the latest version, operation via touch screen is carried out with a modern user interface.
Only a few hundred thousand containers were processed on the system, BJ 2015. It can be viewed on site with us. Many format sets are supplied for the jars and bottles as well as for their closures.
